Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 October 2026
Pre-release notice. SmartDoc is currently presented for product information and non-binding early-access requests. Submitting an email address or receiving an offer does not create an account, subscription, purchase, or obligation to launch or provide the product. Any live software service will be governed by the order, subscription terms, and any data-processing agreement presented before use.
1. Provider and scope
These terms apply to use of the SmartDoc product information and early-access request form. The provider is BLITZ Trade Tech UG, Langweidenstraße 1, 60488 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, registered with the Local Court of Frankfurt am Main under HRB 141688 ("BTradeTech", "we", "us"). Contact: contact@blitztradetech.com.
2. Early-access requests and offers
An early-access request is non-binding. It authorizes us to respond once about the requested product information and relevant introductory offers, as described in the consent shown beside the form. It is not a general newsletter subscription. You may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect processing that already took place lawfully.
Any offer is subject to its stated scope, price, validity period, availability, and acceptance. A contract for paid services is formed only through a separate order or agreement confirmed by both parties. No price, feature, delivery date, or product availability is promised by the marketing page.
3. Product information and AI-assisted features
Statements about planned classification, search, document kits, merging, printing, workflow, and AI-assisted features describe the intended product concept and may change. Unless a feature is expressly included in a separate agreement, it is not a commitment that the feature is available, suitable, or error-free.
AI-generated classifications, extracted fields, summaries, and recommendations may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and verifying important information against the original documents before acting on them. Do not rely on an AI output alone for tax, legal, credit, compliance, or other consequential decisions.
4. Electronic signatures and document integrity
A signature image, typed name, or other visual mark is not by itself a cryptographic digital signature or proof of identity. Cryptographic signatures can help detect changes to a signed file when the signature, certificate chain, trust status, and validation information are correctly checked. They do not prevent someone from changing or replacing a copy, and they do not automatically establish the signer's identity, authority, intent, or legal effect.
The signature type, identity checks, evidence, retention, and legal requirements depend on the relevant transaction and jurisdiction. You are responsible for confirming that the selected signing method meets your requirements and for retaining original files and validation evidence where appropriate. BTradeTech does not provide legal, tax, lending, or trust-service advice through this page.
5. Your responsibilities
When using the website, you agree not to misuse it, interfere with its operation or security, submit unlawful material, infringe third-party rights, or attempt unauthorized access. Before uploading documents to any future hosted service, you must have the rights and authority to do so and must follow the service-specific security, privacy, and retention instructions.
6. Intellectual property
The website, its branding, text, design, and software are owned by BTradeTech or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a limited, revocable right to access the website for its intended informational purpose. No other rights are transferred unless expressly agreed in writing.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue website content or pre-release product information. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of this website. These terms do not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory product liability. Where legally permitted, liability for slight negligence is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the relevant obligation. No provision affects mandatory consumer protections.
9. Privacy
Personal data submitted through the early-access form is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. The form does not request document contents. Do not email or submit sensitive documents through the product-interest form.
10. Governing law and contact
German law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Where legally permitted, the courts of Frankfurt am Main, Germany, have jurisdiction for disputes with business users. Consumers may bring claims in the courts required by applicable law.
